Yirgacheffe Coffee
- Well known for washed best highland grown coffee.
- Recognized as a distinct character flavor.
- Set apart for exceptional bright citrus acidity and fruit flavor.
- Produced both washed and unwashed coffee.
- Has fine acidity.
- Cup: bright Acidity, medium body.
- Altitude: 1770 – 2200m.
- Raw: uniform, thick, medium to bold, oval in shape and compacted.

• G1/Q1 washed specialty
• G1/Q1 Natural sun-dried
• G2 Commercial washed
• G4 and G5 Commercial unwashed/Natural
Sidama Coffee
- Altitude of up to 1550 – 2200.
- Produced washed and unwashed coffee.
- Very varying types of coffee characteristics and profound complexity.
- Has small to medium sized beans, greenish.
- Blended for gourmet or specialty coffee.
- Yellow/umber in color and fruit flavor.
- Cup: medium to light acidity, full body strong mocha flavor with blueberry.
Grading:
• G1/Q1, G2/Q2 washed specialty.
• G1/Q1 Natural sun-dried.
• G2 Commercial washed.
• G4, G5 Commercial unwashed/natural sun-dried.
Jimma Coffee
- The bulk of Ethiopia’s unwashed natural sun-dried coffee export.
- Often used in blends.
- The bulk of it comes from the Ilubabour, Bench maji & sheka regions.
- Altitude 1500-2000m.
- Cup – Light acidity, full bodied with a fruity straw flavor.
- Raw – medium to bold, oval and thick.
